eServGlobal Limited16 May 2007 Sydney 17 May, 2007 eServGlobal upgrades 2007 forecast. eServGlobal Limited (ASX:ESV & LSE:ESG), a supplier of advanced real-timeCharging and Messaging solutions to leading telecommunications carriersworldwide, today announced revenue guidance for the current fiscal year, ending30 June 2007. Continuing sales and delivery growth in the second half is forecast to produce afull-year revenue achievement above AUD$150million, representing 58% growth overthe FY06 revenue achievement of AUD$95million and reflecting not onlystrengthening market conditions but also the success of eServGlobal's productstrategy. EBITDA margin is expected to improve over the FY06 level, as a result ofcontinuing improvements in operating efficiency and productivity. There are a number of assumptions included in the forecast, particularly inregard to external project dependencies not fully under the control ofeServGlobal, which may reduce or increase the final result.
