The following amendment has been made to the 'Application for Listing Notice ' announcement released on 18 November 2021 at 7.00am under RNS No 7364S.
In paragraph two, only a portion of the shares (130,000 Shares) will be reserved under a block listing with the balance (132,080 Shares) applied for as a further issue
All other details remain unchanged.

Application for Listing Notice - Amendment
Geneva, 19 November 2021: Wizz Air Holdings Plc (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") today announces that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 262,080 ordinary shares ("Shares") to be admitted to premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will be effective on 22 November 2021.
130,000 of these Shares are being reserved under a block listing with the balance (132,080 Shares) applied for as a further issue. Both sets of shares will be issued in connection with the Company's Employee Share Plans:
i) Long-term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") covering 248,980 Shares and;
ii) Leadership Team Award ("LEAD") covering 13,100 Shares.
When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary Shares.
