Director Declaration

Geneva, 31 October 2023: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the fastest growing and one of the most sustainable European airlines, announces a director declaration.

Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air") has been notified that Enrique Dupuy de Lome Chávarri, an independent non-executive director of Wizz Air, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Mobico Group plc with effect from 1 November 2023.

This notification satisfies Wizz Air's obligations under paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
