WIZZ AIR GROWS PASSENGER NUMBERS BY 24%LOAD FACTOR INCREASES 2.4 PPTS TO 95.4%

Geneva, 4 September 2017: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces passenger statistics for August 2017.

In August 2017, Wizz Air continued to expand its network, operations and customer offering with the following announcements:

· Route network expansion with seventeen new routes announced to/from Romania (7x), Poland (5x), Hungary (2x), Czech Republic (1x), Lithuania (1x), and Latvia (1x).

· Second based Airbus A320ceo aircraft joins the Kyiv fleet in Ukraine.

· The introduction of a new ancillary product helping customers lock-in Wizz Air's low fares for 48 hours and complete their purchase later.

· Shareholder approval to purchase 10 additional brand new Airbus A321ceo aircraft from Airbus to be delivered during 2018 - 2019.
