AUGUST 2016 TRAFFIC STATISTICS:
WIZZ AIR GROWS PASSENGER NUMBERS BY 17%

Geneva, 5 September 2016: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces passenger statistics for August 2016.
In August 2016, Wizz Air continued to expand its customer offering and strengthen its network with the following announcements:
· Launch of the new WIZZ website on all distribution platforms.
· Announced ten new routes to/from Bosnia and Herzegovina (x6) and Serbia (x4).
· Announced additional aircraft to Bosnia and Herzegovina (x1) and Serbia (x1)
· Commenced 18 new routes to/from Romania (x7), Serbia (x3), Montenegro (x2), Poland (x2), Bulgaria (x1), Hungary (x1), Lithuania (x1), and Ukraine (x1).
· Opened seventh Romanian base in Sibiu with one A320 aircraft.
