Admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange

Further to the publication of the prospectus in connection with its initial public offering on 25 February 2015, Wizz Air Holdings Plc is pleased to announce that its ordinary share capital of 52,263,615 ordinary shares has today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "WIZZ".
