WIZZ AIR GROWS PASSENGER NUMBERS BY 18%

Geneva, 3 November 2016: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces passenger statistics for October 2016.

In October 2016, Wizz Air continued to expand its network, strengthen its customer offering and operations with the following announcements:

· New base in Chisinau in Moldova, Wizz Air's 26th base starting in March 2017.

· Base expansion with a 7th new aircraft in Warsaw from June 2017.

· Network expansion with 12 new routes to/from Poland (x9), Moldova (x2) and Ukraine (x1) and the new destination to/from Santander in Spain, Wizz Air's 130th airport.

· Operational expansion with a new fixed base simulator installed in Budapest.
