Publication of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and notice of Q1 FY26 trading update

Annual Report and Accounts for year ended 31 March 2025

Wise has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 (the "2025 Annual Report").

In accordance with LR9.6.3 R of the Listing Rules, the 2025 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for public inspection at:

In compliance with rule 6.3.5 (3) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the 2025 Annual Report can also be viewed on the Company's website: https://wise.com/owners/

Q1 FY26 trading update

Wise will provide an update on 17 July 2025 with a summary of its mission progress and financial performance for the three months to 30 June 2025.
