The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 22 September 2021 at 12 noon.

 

The Notice of AGM, together with the Company's annual report and audited consolidated financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2021, will be posted to shareholders today and a copy of the Notice of AGM is available to view on the Company's website at: https://www.worsleyinvestors.com/investor-centre/annual-general-meeting
