Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR3.1, AXA Property Trust Limited announces that the following beneficial holding of ordinary shares was acquired by Mr Charles Hunter, a Director of the Company, on 30 October 2008.
5,300 ordinary shares at 38p representing 0.0053% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are registered in the name of Mr Charles Hunter.
Mr Hunter is now the beneficial holder of a total of 11,500 ordinary shares representing 0.0115% of the Company's issued share capital.
