Mr. McGuire is a very experienced property fund manager in both the UK andEurope, most recently as Investment Director at Standard Life Investments wherehe was Fund Manager of Standard Life Investment's £2bn Unit Linked Life PropertyFund. From the early 1990s Mr. McGuire led Standard Life's expansion into Europewhere he built up and managed the property investment and development programmetaking total investment to over €1.5bn and was Fund Manager of Standard LifeInvestment's €800m European Property Growth Fund.
