In line with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Naked announces that as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 72,875,617 ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

Naked Wines plc does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Naked Wines plc is 72,875,617.

The above figure of 72,875,617 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Naked Wines plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
