Majestic Wine PLC31 August 2007 Majestic Wine PLC (the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Change of Adviser Name For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 62,877,757 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 7.5 pence each ("OrdinaryShares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 62,877,757. The above figure of 62,877,757 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders inthe Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determineif they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interestin, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
