Majestic Wine PLC30 January 2006 30 January 2006 Majestic Wine PLC ("the Company") Issue of equity The Company has today issued and allotted 47,756 new ordinary shares of 7.5peach at a price of 277.75p per share to an employee share save scheme, MajesticWine Quest Trustees Limited. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu withthe existing ordinary shares of the Company and trading is expected to commenceon AIM on or around 3 February 2006. Following this issue the total issued sharecapital of the Company will be 64,840,209 ordinary shares of 7.5p each.
