("Majestic" or the "Company")

Grant of share awards and options

Pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), Majestic announces that on the 18th July 2019, 188,411 ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") and 4,045 conditional awards over Ordinary Shares were granted to 788 employees.

Following these grants the Company has a total of 72,644,076 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are 2,101,291 unvested conditional share awards and unexercised options issued under employee share schemes (1), equating to approximately 2.89% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Majestic does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 72,644,076. The total voting rights number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Majestic Wine PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Note:

(1) The conditional share awards issued as part of the Naked Wines acquisition are excluded from shares reported as part of employee share schemes.
