Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that today, Justin Apthorp, Non-Executive Director, sold 171,673 ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.38p per Ordinary Share and his wife also sold 74,000 Ordinary Shares at 4.38p per Ordinary Share.

Following these disposals, Mr Apthorp and connected persons has an interest in 300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 percent of the Company's issued share capital."
