DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Majestic Wine PLC announces that Jennifer Crawford, wife of James Crawford, Chief Financial Officer, sold 6,350 ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 315.00 pence per Ordinary Share and immediately repurchased, into her ISA, 6,337 Ordinary Shares at a price of 315.40 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transfer").
Following the Transfer, Mr. Crawford's beneficial interest (including shares held in his wife's name) in the Company is 42,297 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
