Naked Wines plc announces that Jennifer Crawford, a person closely associated with James Crawford, bought ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of Ā£2.2 pence per Ordinary Share
Following the transfer, Mr. Crawford's beneficial interest in the Company and that of persons closely associated with himĀ will be 138,499 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.19% of the issued share capital ofĀ the Company.
