Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 08 January 2016, James Crawford, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 7,000 ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 354.95p per Ordinary Share. On the same date Mr. Crawford's wife, Jennifer Crawford, acquired 2,000 Ordinary Shares also at a price of 354.95p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Crawford and connected persons has an interest in 9,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
