Majestic Wine PLC announces that Derek Hardy, Group Chief Technology Officer, bought ordinary shares of 7.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
10 000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 321.14 pence per Ordinary Share
Following the transfer, Mr. Hardy's beneficial interest in the Company and that of persons closely associated with him will be 100 879 shares Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.1 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
