The Company has been notified that Nigel Alldritt (Finance Director) has today exercised options to subscribe for 5,690 ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") under the Majestic Wine PLC Approved Executive Share Option Scheme at an option price of 263.50 pence per share. Following this exercise of options, Nigel Alldritt has an interest in 75,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
