Dealings by Directors

The Company has today been notified that on 28 July 2010 Steve Lewis (Chief Executive Officer) exercised options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") under the following Company share option schemes:

1) 2,100 options exercised at an option price of 114.50 pence under the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme and

2) 9,970 options exercised at an option price of 263.50 pence under the Company's Approved Executive Share Option Scheme.

Following this exercise of options, Steve Lewis has an interest in 71,696 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.116% of the Company's issued share capital).
