Declaration of special dividend
The Company announced in the FY19 results on 13 June 2019, that the final dividend was suspended, to be replaced with a special dividend equal to the final FY18 payment of 5.2p per share contingent on completion of the Majestic sale.
The completion of the Majestic sale was announced on 10 December 2020. As such the Board are pleased to declare a special dividend of 5.2p per ordinary share to be paid on 15 January 2020 to shareholders on the register as of 27 December 2019. The ex-dividend date is 24 December 2019.
