Further to the announcement on 18 December 2015, Renewable Energy Generation Limited announces that the Sale has completed. The Delisting will become effective from 7.00am on 5 January 2016 with the last day of dealing in Ordinary Shares of the Company on AIM being 4 January 2016.
Terms used and not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given in the Circular dated 2 December 2015.
