Renewable Energy Generation Ltd13 December 2007 13 December 2007 Renewable Energy Generation Ltd ("REG", "the Company" or "the Group") Renewable Energy Generation Limited Employee Share Option Plan (the "Plan") Renewable Energy Generation (AIM: RWE), the developer, owner and operator ofrenewable energy projects, announces that on 5 December 2007, options weregranted pursuant to the Plan to Andrew Whalley, the Chief Executive Officer ofthe Company and to David Crockford, the Finance Director of the Company. Mr Whalley has been awarded options over 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") and Mr Crockford has been awarded options over 100,000Ordinary Shares of 10p each both at an exercise price of 114p. The options willbecome exercisable from the third anniversary of the grant date subject tocontinued employment and the satisfaction of a total shareholder returnperformance condition. Following the grant, Mr Whalley holds options over250,000 Ordinary Shares and Mr Crockford holds options over 100,000 OrdinaryShares. These transactions are notified in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4 (R)(1).
