("REG" or the "Group" or the "Company")
Update on the cessation of the Company's "fund" designation status and the migration of the Company to Jersey
Further to the announcements made on 30 September 2009 and 27 November 2009 regarding the proposal to cease the Company's designation as a fund whilst moving the Company's domicile from Guernsey to Jersey, it is confirmed that the Ordinary Shares of the Company will be cancelled from trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "AIM Market") and will then be admitted simultaneously to trading on the AIM Market on 6 January 2010. The record date is 5 January 2010.
