Director/PDMR Shareholdings
As announced on 20 September 2016, 262,243 ordinary shares of 5p vested ("Vested Shares") under the Wilmington plc (the "Company") 2013 Performance Share Plan ("2013 PSP"). The admission and allocation of these shares has resulted in shares being allocated to employees and former employees including:
· Anthony Foye, an Executive Director, who has acquired a further 69,273 ordinary shares in the Company under the 2013 PSP bringing his resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5 pence each to 766,805 which is 0.88% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
The Director, employees and former employees have to pay tax at their marginal income tax rates on the value of the shares awarded to them.
