In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, Wilmington plc (the 'Company') was advised on 19 November 2024 that:
· Richard Shamsi, a PDMR, sold 1,743 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 19 November 2024 at a price of £3.84 per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 83,702 which represent 0.09% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
This sale is to pay the tax liability on the 2021 share awards which vested in October 2024.
