Director's Shareholding

WH Ireland received notification yesterday that on the 15 September Lord Jonathan Marland, Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 90 pence each.

Following this purchase, Lord Marland is interested in 1,186,643 Ordinary Shares representing 5.6 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
