Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), for the purposes of convening an extraordinary general meeting to consider the proposed changes to the investment objective, TER and policy of the sub-fund and certain other changes detailed in the circular. Subject to receipt of the approval of the Registered Shareholder, the changes will take effect on or around 6th August 2024.
