Final Dividend
Further to the announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2022, and in accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.7A.2, The Weir Group PLC confirms that the final dividend for 2022 of 19.3p per share will be paid on 5 June 2023 to Shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 21 April 2023, making a total dividend for the year of 32.8p per share.
