Further to the announcement released on 21 April 2026, The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") hereby announces that on 30 April 2026, Kristen Walsh, a PDMR sold ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company to cover tax obligations arising from the vesting of restricted share awards, details of which were included in the announcement published on 21 April 2026.
