Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and Persons Closely Associated ("PCA") with them.
The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") hereby announces that following the vesting of the LTIP bonus share award granted in 2016, the PDMR noted below transferred 1,712 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company for nil consideration from Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited, acting in its capacity as nominee for the PDMR, to a nominee account in the name of Rachel Stanton, held with Stocktrade. Following the transfer, the PDMR's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
