Wildcat Petroleum plc (LSE: WCAT), announces that on 17 April 2025, the Chairman Mr. Mandhir Singh transferred 45,492,738 Ordinary Shares into his personal ISA and SIPP at a total value of £40,943.46 and disposed of 1,569,616 Ordinary Shares at a total value of £1,412.65. Following these transactions, Mr. Mandhir Singh is the beneficial owner 1,712,498,982 Ordinary Shares, representing 58.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
