Qonnectis plc04 October 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 04 October 2005 Qonnectis plc Installation of 'myMeter' at Hong Kong business complex Qonnectis plc ("Qonnectis" or "the Company"), the provider of remote monitoringand metering services to business users of energy and water, announces thesuccessful installation of its "myMeter" system at World Trade Square, a majoroffice and retail complex (395,000 sq. ft) in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The system wassupplied and installed by Meters & Measurements Ltd., the Company's distributorin the region. World Trade Square forms part of the commercial property portfolio of HarrimanProperty Management Ltd ("Harriman"), a significant player in the Hong Kong realestate market, with a total of 23 commercial properties currently undermanagement. Harriman is now able to directly monitor the energy consumption andrelated performance of the air conditioning systems within the complex. HarrimanProperty Management is part of Wharf (Holdings) Limited, a company listed on theHong Kong Stock Exchange, with notable property and media interests in Hong Kongand China. The "myMeter" system rovides full online charting, analysis and profiling tools to enable Harriman's engineers to monitor the consumption trends, efficiency andany abnormalities of each chiller. The system comprises an 'iStaq' data logger that receives outputs from electricity meters installed on each chiller. The logger is pre-programmed to read each meter every 30 minutes and transmit the data, via a GSM communications link, to the www.myMeter.info web site twice a day.
