Board change
The Board of Water Intelligence, a leading provider of water monitoring products and leak detection and remediation services, announces that Ric Piper has today resigned as a non-executive Director of the Group for personal reasons. Ric will remain as an adviser to the Group, particularly to help accelerate development of its business presence in the UK.
The Board intends to appoint an additional non-executive Director in the near-term.
Dr. Patrick DeSouza, Executive Chairman of Water Intelligence, commented:
"The Board and I would like to thank Ric for his significant contribution and time spent in building the Group, starting with the integration of Qonnectis plc and American Leak Detection after last July's reverse merger, and with our business relationships in the UK. Given our growing relationships with South West Water and other major UK water utility companies, we welcome Ric's on-going input in shaping our Group."
