Board change
The Board of Water Intelligence, a leading provider of water monitoring products and leak detection and remediation services, announces that Stanford ("Stan") Berenbaum has today resigned from the Board, and from his position as Chief Executive Officer, in order to pursue other interests.
A new Chief Executive Officer will be appointed in due course. In the meantime, Bill Palmer, who is currently Vice President and General Manager, will assume responsibility for managing the Group's principal operating subsidiary, American Leak Detection.
Mr Palmer has 30 years of operating experience in the water industry, including leak detection and plumbing, having built his own business and managed both domestic and international franchise operations.
Dr. Patrick DeSouza, Executive Chairman of Water Intelligence, commented:
"The Board and I would like to thank Stan for his significant contribution to the Group and we wish him well for the future."
