WANdisco plc (LSE: WAND), the leading provider of continuous availability software for global enterprises to meet the challenges of Big Data, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Blocklisting Shares").
The Blocklisting Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the following schemes:
