FCA investigation timeline update
WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the data activation platform provides the following update on the FCA's investigation timeline.
Following receipt of the independent investigation undertaken by FRP Advisory, key findings of which were set out in RNS announcements on 3 April 2023, 28 April 2023 and 9 June 2023, the FCA has extended the time period of its investigation so as to commence on 1 May 2021, being the date on which the senior sales employee commenced their employment at the Company.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR"), and is disclosed in accordance with the company's obligations under Article 17 of MAR.
