WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the leading provider of continuous availability software for global enterprises to meet the challenges of Big Data, announces the following awards of Stock Options under the Company's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan to the following director:

This option was granted pursuant to the terms of Mr. Miller's employment arrangement with the Company, which included an additional grant upon completion of 1 year of service. This option vests and becomes exercisable with respect to the first 1/3 of the shares subject to this option following 12 months of continuous employment from 24 October 2017. Thereafter, this option vests and becomes exercisable with respect to an additional 1/36th of the shares subject to this option following the completion of each additional month of continuous employment. The option is exercisable at a price of 839 pence each, and will convert into Ordinary Shares on exercise. The option expires on 6 November 2027.
