Grant of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding
Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces the grant of options ("Options") on 24 May 2021 over a total of 400,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to two PDMRs under the Warpaint London PLC share option schemes.
The options are granted pursuant to the Company's annual review of share options to Neil Rodol, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Matthew Goldstein, the Managing Director of the Group's subsidiary Retra Holdings Limited, both of whom are PDMRs, as part of their annual remuneration and incentivisation packages.

The Options are exercisable at a price of 122 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing price the day prior to grant, from 24 May 2024 to 24 May 2031. The exercise of Options is not subject to the satisfaction of any performance criteria.
Following these grants the total number of options in issue over Ordinary Shares is 4,890,382 representing 6.37% of the Company's issued share capital of 76,752,355 Ordinary Shares.

Warpaint London plc
Warpaint is made up of two divisions.
The largest division sells branded cosmetics under the lead brand names of W7 and Technic. W7 is sold in the UK primarily to retailers and internationally to local distributors or retail chains. The Technic brand is sold in the UK and continental Europe with a significant focus on the gifting market, principally for high street retailers and supermarkets. In addition, this division supplies own brand white label cosmetics produced for several major high street retailers. The Group also sells cosmetics using our other own brand names of Man'stuff, Body Collection, Vintage, Very Vegan, and Chit Chat.
The other division trades in close-out and excess inventory of branded cosmetics and fragrances from around the world.
