Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 31 July 2025, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 324,585,128 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 324,993,278 Ordinary 50p shares on 31 July 2025 is due to the cancellation of 408,150 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback programme.

Vistry Group PLC holds 690,070 shares in Treasury. The change from 190,070 shares on 31 July 2025 is due to 500,000 shares being purchased into Treasury as part of the Company's share buyback programme.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 323,895,058. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
