Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 30 November 2022, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 347,211,174 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.
The change from 347,208,501 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 November 2022 is due to the issue of 2,673 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Vistry Group PLC holds 1,500,000 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 345,711,174. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
