Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 28 June 2024, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 336,524,689 Ordinary 50p shares.

The change from 337,989,871 Ordinary 50p shares on 28 June 2024 is due to the cancellation of 1,467,095 shares as part of the Company's Share buyback programme and the issue of 1,913 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Vistry Group PLC holds 630,502 shares in Treasury. The change from the 650,959 shares in Treasury on 28 June 2024 is due to the transfer of 20,457 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 335,894,187. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
