In conformity with rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec") is required to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 December 2013, Vitec's issued capital was 44,060,618 ordinary shares of 20 pence each, each share carrying one vote.
The above figure of 44,060,618 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Vitec under the DTRs.
