The Vitec Group plc

Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Vitec Group plc ("Vitec" or the "Company") is required to notify the market of the following:

At the date of this announcement, Vitec's issued capital is 42,817,848 ordinary shares of 20 pence each, with voting rights.

In addition, the Company also holds 150,000 shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 42,817,848 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Vitec under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
