ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 17 MAY 2010

In compliance with the Listing Rules the Company announces that it has today lodged, with the UK Listing Authority:

two copies of all resolutions, other than resolutions concerning ordinary business, passed by the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 May 2010; and

two copies of the newly adopted articles of association of the Company, for publication through the document viewing facility.
