Annual Report & Accounts 2019 and Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting
The Vitec Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report & Accounts 2019. The following documents have been mailed today, Friday, 20 March 2020, to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:
· Annual Report & Accounts 2019
· Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
· Proxy Form
The Annual Report & Accounts 2019 and the Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Vitec website at www.vitecgroup.com.
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism.
Currently the AGM to be held at 11.00am on Wednesday, 27 May 2020 at The Academy of Medical Sciences, 41 Portland Place, London W1B 1QH is planned to go ahead; however, we are monitoring the situation carefully and taking advice concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.
Should we need to postpone the AGM or re-arrange the venue we will communicate this to shareholders as soon as possible.
You are reminded to complete and submit your proxy form either by post or online in respect of the 2020 AGM.
