The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 24 September 2020 the following grant of options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each was made under The Vitec Group's 2020 UK Sharesave Plan and 2020 International Sharesave Plan to Executive Directors and PDMRs.
