The Vitec Group PLC06 March 2006 Final Dividend Payment This dividend payment information replaces the dividend payment informationcontained in the Final Results announcement released previously today. The Board recommends a final dividend of 9.4 pence per share, which will absorb£3.9 million (2004: 8.9 pence absorbing £3.6 million). If approved byshareholders, the dividend will be paid on 26 May 2006 to shareholders on theregister at the close of business on 28 April 2006.
